Here is my custom build night scythe, i made this out of Foam Baord and thin card board from my model boxes. seems to work for now till GW comes out with the models. and i didn't have to Chop up any other model to do it. so money wise this cost about .50 cents. I made the over all diamter 6" fig the night / doom scythe is going to be just as big as monolith
