There are a couple of names for that Corpse; Vanity and Delusion. Vanity if they are actualy good looking and Delusion if they think they will stay that way for long.
I have the same problem as Dogma. I grew up around people with high vocabularies and now I have to define words at least two or three times a day; it used to be more but I have tried to simplify my mode of speech around people other than my family.
