How do you get nuclear missiles in Civ 2? I'm surrounded by countries that have better tech Atm and I need an edge.

You need Rocketry and the Manhattan Project I believe. Here's a PDF of the tech tree. To get a tech you need the prerequisite linked by a blue line and any prerequisite in orange in brackets at the bottom of the technologies entry, so Rocketry needs Advanced Flight (blue line) and Electronics (orange brackets) before you can research it.

Spoiler:

Keep in mind that if they have better tech than you there is a chance they already have these or will have them by the time you do, so your nuclear assault could be met with a deadly retaliatory strike.

The Laws of Thermodynamics:
1) You cannot win. 2) You cannot break even. 3) You cannot stop playing the game.

Well, I already nuked the Celts, so that may be too late.
How do I tell other nations to get off my land with just soldiers? They keep coming into my country to give me demands, and I don't see their diplomat.

I'm finishing up my own apocalytic war against the Sumerians. Some good old fashioned carpet bombing sorted them out.

Here's another question: How do you extend the game length past 2010 years? My dynasty ended around then.

In most Civs, you can select "keep playing" after the game ends and just keep going forever. I think there was 1 that cut off entirely at the end of the game, but most (including Civ 2) let you keep going forever if you want. Your score isn't recorded, but the game will continue. This even works if you conquer everyone else.

My brother had a Civ 2 game that bugged out at the end, and didn't stop him from scoring. So, he continued for centuries, having conquered the entire world, and just boosting his score through population and future tech.
