Beyond necessities, my hobby spending is generally:
1. 40k. I buy new stuff almost every month in some capacity, and if I don't then I'm at least buying paints and such.
2. Videogames. I usually get a game or two that's on a Steam sale, and once in a while I pick up something new.
3. Comic books. I work and live like 10 minutes away from a great comic book store.
4. Music. I actually pay for most of my music!
5. (Soon to be) clothes. I need new everything since I've been hanging on to the same T-shirts since high school.
