Didn't get to have a single game this weekend, was worn out from work and nobody was up for a game the one day I went in. We don't exactly have open gaming throughout the week so looks like I won't be able to contribute again till the weekend.
Maybe I'll play a game against myself or something out of boredom

Have to admit, I've really wanted to post a "MrMoustaffa plays with himself" thread in the batrep forum for a while now.
The responses that thread would get from horrified onlookers would be worth the effort/ban alone

It's meant to be a stupid title to get people to read it.
If it bugs people, I'll remove said post. But I think people realize the silly intent in it.
Or if the modz wish to flex their banhammer muscles, they'll smite me now...

It is the worst week for me, and the numbers are my responsibility (and thus their delay my fault).
As an excuse, I've had 2 assignments due today (Friday) and another due Monday.
After this the crunch will be on time, its just this horrible...freaking...week has put me well behind. You'll be getting week 2 and 3's numbers quite close together because of the delay, but it'll be ok.
I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

motyak wrote: I've updated the mechanics a bit as well, so week 3 will see a focus on agri-worlds and mining worlds for order and disorder, garden worlds for tyranids, and the usual for necrons and tau (until you reach your targets, or get closer, then you get new stuff). This will probably be discussed more on your respective zetaboards or whatever they are called, the forums for your alignments, so yeah. Enjoy.
Where can we find the mechanics for week 3? Zeta boards?

Week 2 results should be up tonight if i have time to compile them, Saturday if not. I've been asked to step in and get them out if possible.
Motyak is our numbers guy, but he's buried in RL stuff that takes priority, as are other members of the command staff.
I'll bend my meagre math skills to the task as soon as I have time.
Week 3 isn't over until Sunday night, so you won't be seeing results from that until next week
Mechanics changes will likely be reported on the Zetaboards, as most campaign stuff happens there.
The two i know of at present are that travel time is now 9 hours, and that Mining & Agri worlds with an additional 1.5x modifier for order and disorder, battles on the garden world will give nids a +2 modifier to the VP change for each game there because they are getting biomass no matter what, necrons can continue chipping away as they are and tau can continue as they are for now.

There was a ton of BFGVP's that were in limbo from weeks 1 and 2 until we adopted a new mechanic. They tipped the scales in a big way.
