The $34.99 MSRP isn't cheap, but I was able to snag it for $26.29 shipped on Amazon. Still cheaper, faster, and easier than buying and painting metal figs.

I'm sure I can find use for the Mummies in Bloodbowl as well.

I have some old TMNT Miniatures that I painted along time ago. These are perfect scale for the Zombicide game.

A quick question for those of you that got the Walk of the Dead box last time around (assuming it has arrived?)

Are the different cards worth getting, or is a cheaper copy of Series 1 better?

Walk of the Dead box wasn't available last time around. It'something new, and yet to be released.

In season 1 we got a trays worth of extra figures and "Romero" cards, which were all just spawned walkers in larger numbers.

In the Season 2 Walk of the Dead box, I don't know what the cards are going to be.

I believe the WotD cards are the same ones you got with the extra walkers last time around? The stretch goal was even called Walk of the Dead

To the best of my knowledge there is nothing official said about the cards included in the new zombie boxes, other than the card count.

Ravage magazine mentioned something about all walker rules in the Walk of the Dead (box 1), but I don't read French, so I'm talking other people'es word for it. It may be a reprint of the Romero cards, but no one, at least who's talking about it, knows for sure yet.

The announcement this evening confirmed they are the same cards

Sweet! That set will resolve about half of my survivor needs...

Wow! Now that is a very cool set of survivors. I am guessing the female kit will be next.

As an aside, Hasslefree is by far my favorite for Zombicide custom heroes, as is Studio Miniatures (Both for heroes AND zombies).

I really love the Hasslefree Survivors and I'm a big fan of the Studio Miniatures line as well, but they are both a little more expensive thank I want to pay per figure, especially when I know the WGF models are coming out soon.

Honestly, especially if you got the resins, the Studio Minis line was a great value.

Anyone else find studio miniatures heads are rediculously (like comically) large for the bodies? I'd also throw in a +1 for hasslefree.. 'Dynamic Ray' is pretty sweet as a proxy for Fred.. sec I'll find him. Not to mention the 'officer Nick' sidekicks available for him.

Hmm, freebooter had a good one too, but I can't find it atm.

Minus, man.. I loved your work on marines but the zombies are next level! I have to try that salad spinner idea!

Running a painting as we go thread for myself and someone with some actual painting skillls here if anyone wants to take a look.

Wargames Factory Apocaplytic Survivors have been released

$21.95 at Wargames Factory http://wargamesfactory.com/webstore/dark-futures/apocalypse-survivors-men

$16.46 at Minaitures Market

And I'm incredibly psyched that GG said that the TCM and Prison Outbreak rulebooks will be turning up on their website "soon". Looking forward to seeing what all the new skills do.

Rumor, from discussion of Rick on Facebook, is that STEADY HAND will allow you to ignore the rule about shooting survivors first in targeting priority.
