Re Tau - well the whole giant robot thing fits with modern Japanese styles?

Maybe you can have some Bubblegum Crisis models

Hmm still not convinced about Pask - I'd rather there was a different SC / unit - such as forward air observers or similar

Yeah, perhaps its my overwhelming desire to put Pask in a Punisher with sponsons and send 29 S6 shots hitting on 3s into the local Flying Circus.

At last...the Leman Russ tanks are finished.
(EDIT) sort of...looking at the pics I see a lot of overpaint on treads and mufflers and the like.
I left the Nobori banners off for these pics...sorry.
The Exterminator was an EBay rescue so it looks a little rough (I hope to buy a new one next payday).

The Demolisher without Sponsons.

The standard Battle Tank.

And now...a little side project I gave myself as a reward...
OGRYNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WFB Ogres. Made belly armor with plasticard and GS, used the Belly-plates as helmets (some have straps holding the helmet down). Shoulder pads and Ripper Guns were from the old Ork Boys Shootas except the Bonehead (who has such a thick skull he needs no helmet) which is a Heavy Bolter with an Autocannon drum for ammo.
The Bone head.

Getting back-stabbed only makes them ANGRY!!!

Squad of 6.

The camera flash makes them look glossy, they are sprayed with a matte varnish.

Just messing around with some more tanks... another Chimera (can you ever have enough?) and a Manticore.
I made the Chimera in the step-back style:

The Manticore is pretty standard, although the only place I could fit the Nobori (banner) mounts was to drill into the side-pods themselves. Since their is no turret I ended up putting the Torii symbol on the hull itself.
