I've some terrain, and I'm gonna work on some new stuff for this one

I am debating in my mind whether to add a layer of foam to my 6x4 board. What do you think? If I don't I can spray paint it with texture spray and then go from there. It is supposed to be a world in turmoil. By that I mean like a city sort of thing and then it breaks apart into lava and rocks and stuff like that.
