If the Swarmlord gets Iron Arm (80% chance is far better than the 50% chance you're holding so high). it takes at least 2 turns to kill itself (it can't instant kill itself if it has Eternal Warrior). The Necron Lord is basically a multi wound Hammernator if MSS doesn't go off. Not exactly something the Swarmlord stuggles to beat.
