That was a SC that someone made a in the Proposed Rules section. Needless to say it got forgotten very quickly.

I do agree however about the human alien hybrids. completely different evolutionary paths seperated by half the galaxy and yet still able to interbreed? Impossible. A human/orange hybrid is far more likely.

Indeed it is so. Thus is the way of the tau, indeed It is written that "on the 6th rotaa the great ethereals formed the facial vagina of the tau, each according to their station. And the ethereals found it to be good".

Slightly back on topic, depending on your interpretation of Tau fluff a water caste envoy might perform...certain favors if it sealed an alliance between some alien species and the empire (although I doubt the ethereals would be pleased to hear of such a development, and try to "influence such barbaric notions away" like they do with the kroot). But expecting inter-species breeding isn't exactly likely.

Inter-species sex and inter-species breeding are not the same. But yeah, I can see a particularly morally disinclined Water caste envoy nookie-ing its way to diplomatic victory.
