I dunno if you will be able to easily get the info on his probation officer, for various reasons, but being able to submit a report about someone on probation would be fairly simple.

Update- I was just sitting in my house this afternoon, and I heard some yelling. I didn't think much of it, people fight sometimes. It turns out it was this same guy and his excessively large, tight (sp?) wearing girlfriend fighting and making a huge scene in the parking lot. She was putting a bunch of stuff in the back and they were yelling. I heard him say Don't ing lie to me!" and then proceed to lean in the window of the car and talk to her. It was golden considering I don't have cable.

I guess Karma is real after all.

Sweet. Nothing beats seeing jerks have fights in public, except for when it happens at a really low-brow and seedy gas station... which my town has plenty of, so I get a pretty good show at least once every couple of weeks.

We had a major fight break out a few houses down from the Houston house last night. I get in and there's a party or something with about twenty people. Stepped out with Rusty the tank and I hear fighting and shouting and people running back and forth. It was awesome!

Grab your balls and stand up to the guy. If he attacks you then he attacks you. You'll have all the evidence you need to get him in trouble.

Btw beatings dont hurt THAT much sure you'll get your face kicked a few times but itll be over in usually less than a minute its not to bad.

Beside you can fight back if he swings at you.

I don't know where you live, but where I come from, guys like this don't fight much. They shoot.

I will second. Thats amazingly stupid advice. Earlier advice to leave is a good one. Start lining up a new place. Wait a few days then go.
Typically crazies seem to move in then out, so they might bail quickly. If not then bail, or if you don't want to wait around and see (which is also good advice) just line up a new place this week and bail.

The problem with trash is, if they start finding out about you, may start harassing you. I don't think you need that in your life right now.

So just set fire to his front door and back door simalteously: problem solved.

You have insurance right....?

On the other hand, I'm liking this idea too...

A few weeks ago, this guy was blaring the same repetitive bass over and over again at 1:30 AM on a Sunday. I called and even talked to the two officers who came out. The cop looked at me and said "Oh, he was just mixing a song. I think he is a DJ." The guy even walked up to me the next day when I was on my porch. He was being extremely aggressive and I was legitimately worried about my safety. I told the police that this evening and still they do absolutely nothing.

Most places have noise ordinances in place, perhaps your town does as well?

Failing that, get in good with the land lord, inform them of the wondrous odors you are being exposed to, and that due to medical reasons, if they do not fix the situation, you will be forced to find residence elsewhere, and that you'll be talking to your lawyer about getting that ball rolling.

Also, I don't know what's your renting situation, but renting contracts are insanely easy to get out of (at least it is up here). I had to do that about 3 years ago. All it took was to list everything that was out of line with the building code and the civil code and send him that letter.

Violating a restraining order is grounds for arrest.

If that order is still active (unlikely), contact the police department. Let them know about a potential violation/parole violation. His P.O. likely would love to throw him back in the system.

No wargames these days, more DM/Painting.

I paint things occasionally. Some things you may even like!
