Well the Pods don't care about LoS, and the Stormwall is mostly shooty anyway.

And being a Colossal it shouldn't care about forests as far as movement goes. They only block its LoS, but not its movement.

Which scenario were you playing? Because most have objectives/zones which stretch beyond the middle of the field, where you say there was no cover. Why couldn't you have just worked with the cover outside of the corridor? Also, what force are you running? We might be able to help you out, and what does your opponent tend to run with the stormwall?

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

IT was simple caster kill. And was running my friends army which is not something i want but it was 3 jack(Decimater, Jugger, destroyer) Harkevich, widowmakers, shocktroopers and a koldun lord.

Ah, well caster kill isn't really the most fun way to play the game, as I'm sure you know, scenarios make it a lot better and would have helped to deal with that problem, because you wouldn't have been forced to go for the caster who (I assume) was hiding right behind the colossal as your only chance of winning. A scenario would have changed that a bit I think.

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

Def not the best of lists to go up against a stormwall, but I dont see the issue. Decimater is largely junk IMHO, no AOE and extremely terrible RAT pretty much restricts it to shooting colossals or targets that are KD. Jugg doesnt really work to harkevich's abilities at all. having Shocktroopers in a list that is already extremely slow isnt making anything better. A generic Cygnar gun line would most likely tear the same list apart.

Caster kill (and presumably no killbox either) against Cygnar does not sound like anything I would call "fun". I think that's the closest Warmachine gets to how people who play Tau feel in 40k

They do seem to have monumental ways of simply negating your ability to defend your caster such as ignoring LOS. One of my first games I lost to my buddy's gun line with a max unit of long gunners + pHaley's feat just hosing the crap out of my warcaster. Their range superiority just seems to make it so easy for them to get a shot on your warcaster from over a foot away.

Well we played a mixture of what I had mixed with his list model. I personally do not like shocktroopers.
