My Rapier Destroyer batteries. Just putting these on the field causes so much anxiety for my opponents and they never fail to deliver the goods. (The “goods” being coherent light in one or more distinct frequencies.)

For my crons it has to be Zandrek He is just the man. He takes all kinds of hits and won't die. I've actually had him go down 3 times in one game and he got back up every single time and finished the game on his feet.

When I was playing space wolves (mostly 5th ed) it was my squad of 5 wolf guard termies in a drop pod. Most specifically the one with chain fist and assault cannon. I can't tell you of all the destruction he has brought to so many armies. This unit actually ran through two 5 man units of sturnguard, a 10 man scout squad with tellion, and a dreadnought (brought down by the assault cannon) and finnished the game with men to spare.

For my orks? well I played them in 5th edition but lets face it you never know what is going to win you the game when you are playing orks. They really never had an MVP...

Ezekiel, due to being 3.5x as good as a normal DA libby [already a great choice] at only 2X the cost.

Gonna go with the other Guard types and say Marbo. Even when he doesn't do much, he still takes a chunk out of the enemy.

Close behind him are my Demolitions vets armed with shotguns and meltaguns, for much the same reason. Only thing in my army that I can count on to shift objective-camping Tervigons.

Waaghboss Grobnub for my Orks XD He stomps everything with his bike and PK. With my Necrons its Obyron...always Obyron... Smashes the gak out of everyone...

It would either be my DA rhino/whirlwind (I use that one tank for both versions) and/or that one plasma gunner tactical marine. They both have had some great games and awesome moments. The rhino is an honoured member of the chapter and I am really considering elevating the plasma gunner to the command squad (veteran status).

My Chaos Lord has yet to die in a game of 6th (except after becoming a daemon prince after his first kill of a game) but he hasn't achieved anything truly great yet.

As a unit, probably my Noise Marines, but again, as a squad, they never do anything brilliantly heroic.

My most glorious model though is one of my Noise Champions, armed with a Doom Siren and a LC. I was playing my friend's BA (Painted as Raven Guard) and one of his depleted assault squads with his unwounded captain reached assault with the Champion. Overwatch took two wounds from the Captain (one was from the Siren).

On came the inevitable challenge, his captain strikes with 5 attacks from his LCs and scores 3 wounds, at the same time my champion swings with his two and scores one last wound. The captain rolls a 3 and dies. The champion then passes three FNP rolls (all fives) and survived to the end of the game . I added a beakie helm to his base in honour of the kill and he's earned his name: Ravenbreaker.

Either my Defiler or Hellbrute. My Defiler can't hit a barn door at 10 paces, but the amount of Eldar he's destroyed with those claws.. And my Hellbrute went toe to toe with an Avatar for an entire game and lived, good boy
