I think it's quite nice they went in the two different directions, GTA slowly seemed to become more serious as it went along and I'm glad SR came along with it's silliness. Though it is probably starting to get a bit close to being a bit too much.

They have stated that they are going to go in a new direction, not with the same characters and such it seems.
Whether that's another Saint's Row or a 'spiritual successor' of sorts, we shall see.

Either way, I agree that it is good to have more varied games.

GTA makes a serious version of GTA that is pretty darn good.

It is fun to have a sandbox that is a playbox too.

"It is not the bullet with your name on it that should worry you, it's the one labeled "To whom it may concern. . ."

It gets over the top, buti t's still better than the droning monotony of GTA.

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.

Loved the game, blasted through the story in a few days.

Can't wait for DLC; which I'm sure will be just as hilarious as the main game.
