Back in the English morass

Sexuality doesn't exist in 40k, over the years it is an area that has had little more than oblique mentions and given GW's focus on young teenagers I can't imagine that this will ever change.

In reality the Imperium is vast, some worlds will be puritanical (as we would understand the word) while others would be completely uninhibited. The Imperium as a whole is unlikely to care.

Pretty much this.

It's rarely, if ever discussed because there is no reason to. From GWs perspective, taking a stance in either direction will just piss people off. So better to let people think what they want and avoid the subject entirely.
