The decks MSRP at about $20, so it's the same here. Your numbers are just smaller.

THe $65 for all the decks on War Room is actually a really good deal. It is the only way to have all of the model rules in the game in one place wihtout purchasing all of the currently published MkII books and at a significant fraction of the cost. When a lot of the skill to the game includes knowing your enemy, that's not a bad start I think.
