No its not. People should call out all offensive jokes, but they don't.
Well, its not quite so black and white as you seem to think it is, but I imagine discussing the shades of grey in between wouldn't work well over the internet.

Damn it, now all I can think of is what would happen if that wall came down and the stores were merged.
It'd probably look something like this:
|
Necrons: 4000+ pts
Tyranids: 1000+ pts
Word Bearers: 1500+ pts
Emperor's Children: 1500+ pts
Minotaurs: 2000+ pts (killed by Primaris, thanks GW)
Custodes: 1000+ pts |

Nothing like a little sexism to spice up the thread.
Or a little white knighting?
It's something worth "white knighting" for. Misogyny has no place in the hobby.
Oh brother, you have to be kidding. light-heartedly suggesting a kid will be the workplace boss of women shopping for lingerie is not mysogyny. If anything, the undertone of that joke is that the kid is a 'nerd'. I bet youre a ton of fun to hang out with irl. btw, my wife does all the lsundry, vleaning, dishes, etc. I do all the yardwork, maintenance, repairs, etc. OMG typical gender roles - its sexism lol.

Just to widen that perceived gap between socially inept nerdy lad gamers and 'normal' people a teeny bit
what do you mean "perceived"? There really is a gap, and it happens to be called "social ineptness", just that is not the sole province of geeks.
