I agree with this. Also you can have a great levl of nutritious out of food that is totally unappetising. The world is fed by grey generally tasteless glop that still provides 100% of daily calorie needs and 500% or more of your daily vitamins and minerals. The nobles, of course, eat imported delicacies and get terrible scurvy from time to time
