DE would eat that list for breakfast and ask for seconds. I think a 1,000 point DE list would eat that army for breakfast.
That said, the OP indicated the format required a psyker. Which means you're obligated to buy up a Farseer at 1,200...which will weaken what makes DE so powerful at 1,500 or less..
Eh...I think a DE list built for that could still roflstomp this list, you'd just need to be clever in the build a bit. I normally woul dnever bother with Allies at that point total, so I'll admit, mentally, my reaction is 'eww!' considering what I'd need to do.
If you can get away with non- HQ Psykers you could include a Harlequin Shadowseer. Minimum cost is 120, which is going to be less damaging (albeit less useful) than getting a Farseer.

That is a good point, I often forget about the Harlies.
Might be interesting to theory craft some of those lists as compare/contrast. I suppose I'd still expect the Jetseer to come out ahead, but it's a cool thought.

In a tournament, they have no choice.

In terms of a psyker to solo with dark eldar I would go with a laughing mantle farseer on bike. Good buffs and pretty tough to kill. It is also relatively cheap clocking in ~150 pts. You can also strengthen the DE list with a waveserpent w/ dire avengers to keep the wall of AV.

Theres always the choice to not attend.
(There is a stipulation if an army has no psykers, they can ally any psyker without restrictions)
Oooooh, free divination for poor little Tau. Hopefully its enough to offset the massive advantage Orks get from having to take the worst psyker in the game.
This "campagin" looks so goddamn great I'm gonna fly on over and join in on the fun!

I imagine you'd also have problems against necrons or eldar, you'd have to hide or reserve your scoring units or they'd be gone before you could blink, leaving them just needing to grab an objective late game to win.
Nope, 3 servo skulls give a huge protection bubble around one of my scoring squads, that's been combated. Then if Coteaz is near, a volley of heavy fire can cause a lot of damage. One of my scoring units uses true line of sight so they can't actually be targeted behind the imperial knight.
There are a lot of things wrong with this statement.
Servo skulls do nothing to enemy DSers.
I don't think I saw the OP address this. This! How is it that you think servo skulls has any effect whatsoever against a Deepstriking force?? They don't, at all.
Droppod in beside your troops and wipe them out using the pods as LoS blockers against the titan. Pod in either side of the titan to take it out with melta. Game over (barring bad dice). At 1200 points I don't see a problem bringing enough pods in T1 to take out any chance you'd have of scoring.
