It would be more than that as the driver has to sleep at some point so you'd need to have at least two drivers for each rhino to ensure that a driver was always available.

p.s. the reason why it i think it could still be bs4 and not bs3 is that they would have extra help guiding there aim by the vehicle/ machine spirit
