It's the World Eaters as see in the previous post on the first page their tactic where brutal but they did things no other legion could do and did them the best. Like when they took a wall no others could by making a ramp of their dead brothers.

Yes they were strong and skilled... but in an all out war against either the Space Wolves or Blood Angels they would find themselves killed IMO..

Man to man they might come out on top almost every time.

Legion to legion? Nah

Angron repeatedly walked away from strategic meetings and was the first into the fray.. His legion also was enslaved by their butchers nails. While that might have made them stronger and neglect more wounds the severe amount of casualties would see his legion depleted in no time.

And since the Blood Angels/Space Wolves are quite close to close combat prowess in an all out legion war i'd hardly believe the World Eaters would win.
