Tigerius is he as awesome as they say he is?
Tigerius was able to "see into the Hive Mind" as is described in his personal fluff
Tigerius THINKS he has penetrated the Hive Mind, but is really being fooled into a false sense of security in being able to predict its movements.
Tigerius tried to pierce the Hive Mind, but has now been enslaved to it, and is now leading the Ultramarines to destruction without their knowing.

Tigerius is a fine psyker, but others can at least match him. Even within the IOM.

Ravenor is a Beta-class Psyker. He's one of the most powerful telepaths in the Imperium.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

There are many Beta-level psykers, and sure he is powerful, but not that powerful. As usual you present what you want as facts, not the facts there are.

Nope, Ravenor is regarded far higher than most. That might explain his utter shock when his goes against that other psyker on Eustis Majoris: he isn't used to finding more powerful psykers than him.

He has been described as a low level gamma to a high level delta. So except being wrong, what is your actual point except a wish to want Tigerius look good?

In Ravenor Rogue, he was described as Alpha Plus. /inconsistent narrative/
Where did you get the idea I want Tiggy to look good?

I was merely commenting on Ravenor's psychic ability. I haven't given any kind of bias against or for Tigurius here.

Ravenor was weaker in power than the rogue gamma-level psyker Lomer Kinsky, and even if Chaos gave him a boost, it wouldn't be that good. Sure he has been described as an alpha plus at occasion, but thats mainly POV, and in practice he is more like a low level gamma.

I thought Kinsky was alpha, according to Ravenor?

Citation needed. Also, remember that Eisenhorn and Ravenor are alive in early-to-mid-M40, not M41. Tigurius might not even be alive yet when they're doing their thing. These two Inquisitors are not "contemporary" to the current timeline of the setting (of the era of the 13th Black Crusade and such).
