When I sent them the question, about the Crusader Squads being in the Formations, thinking that they may have left them out by mistake.

It looks like Black Templars wont be able to use Formations until they get their own Formations in game. Hopefully in the next book.

Yeah, I doubt they are going to get a Formation in the next book, because the next book won't have Formations.

That being said, check to see if you're LGS is cool with them replacing Tactical Squads. You might get lucky.
