I'm here to see what Game Workshop does next....
You make da call has been hilarious with broken Rules, and every new edition brings a whole new bunch of laughs.

8th made it so I can no longer sway Tau onto the side of Chaos, but they will eventually turn aside from their idea of the Greater Good to embrace the Greatest of pleasures. |

I think mostly out of habit. I've been coming here since 2000 or something like that.

the models are expensive as hell, but at the end of the day, I'm willing to pay, and I still have fun painting them up. I'm in this for the hobby of painting up little blue skinned weeboos from space, so much of the balence gripes don't effect me, and if they do, tau got buffed so....

I'm mostly here on the forums for the P&M forum and to waste time when I can't be bothered doing something else
GW don't offer anything that interests me any more, now that 40k has gone to the dogs, WHFB has been shot in the head and specialist games are dead.
I'd love it if they turned it around though.

Otherwise I'd just play Warmachine/Bolt Action/X-wing.
True words.

Fafnir wrote:Oh, I certainly vote with my dollar, but the problem is that that is not enough. The problem with the 'vote with your dollar' response is that it doesn't take into account why we're not buying the product. I want to enjoy 40k enough to buy back in. It was my introduction to traditional games, and there was a time when I enjoyed it very much. I want to buy 40k, but Gamesworkshop is doing their very best to push me away, and simply not buying their product won't tell them that. |

For me it boils down to liking the setting and too much money and time invested.
I have moved to 30k now as I was fed up of GW releasing new books to fast, I aint dropping £35 for a crap book every 12 months
