Kharn does stupid amounts of damage to vehicles, and is a tiny little guy. Is there even anyone else that beats him in a size-to-damage ratio?

Mephiston is no longer a CC machine. He's a niche support IC. That said, I have a strange list with four libbies in it to maximize his utility.

Mutilators are one of the cheapest chainfists, which are good most the time against vehicles (but not so much against SHWs).
