I honestly forget that you can't assault after shooting in most cases. Since I play orks and all but one of our infantry units have assault weapons, I'm often wondering why my opponents aren't charging me after shooting the hell out of the squad.

I basically just play the game without grenades. I forget them so consistently that I never count on them. Warlord traits I also basically play without.
When I was newer to the game I found myself forgetting about AP values as well, but experience quickly drilled that one into me.

Night fighting? I only know what that is because I have a friend who plays tyranids.
Another of my regular opponents always forgets VotLW, or indeed anything that allows him re-rolls to hit in close combat, and sometimes forgets chaos boons.
As for me, my heinous crime is not respecting the phase order (I am getting better). I used to shoot with some of my units and then move with others, regardless of what phase it was, because in all honesty it was my damn turn and I could do what I liked with it. Also, my entire gaming group have been getting the Champion of Chaos rule wrong for far too long - we thought you could only roll on the chaos boons table if you killed a character in a challenge, but no it can be by any means just not sweeping advances.

Suprised this hasn't been mentioned yet. Champion of Chaos. Or rather, the results you roll. If it's not spawnhood/apotheosis or refilling my wounds I forget about it 100% of the time. The rest of the table may as well not even exist lol.
It's the same for passive warlord traits. I only remember to do the ones that affect setup or give you extra missions cards, that kinda stuff.
And finally mysterious objectives. On the rare occasion that we remembered them, they turned out to matter quite a lot, but yea. Even when we remember to roll them we don't remember what objective does what. We'd mark them with dice but then inevitably proceed to use said dice for rolling other stuff lol.

I have fethed up the following.
•Stormsurge shooting declerations, and how you must declare each weapon's target before you roll dice.
•Which weapons I've fired on Interceptor. One mistake I'll never make again.
•The existence of Bonding Knife Ritual.

Unless im against orks I don't even bother with pinning checks from gun drones. There are just so many armies where morale doesn't exist. Ld9+, fearless, they shall know no fear, ect. Unless it's orks guard or tau pinning might as well not exist.

You can pin space marines. ATSKNO is for fear, auto regroup, and not being able to be swept in CC.

You can also technically pin a leadership 11 unit. Doesn't mean you should count on it. Still I try to remember my pinning checks in competetive settings but in casual stuff I tend to forget. I also tend to forget the dawn blade's special rules.

1) grenades. All of them
2) night fighting. when it is on turn 5 and not one.
3) rhino repairs.
4) psychic hoods
5) declare jink before opponent shoots. Most of the time the opponent rolls too fast for me to have a chance to take it slow and remember.
6) that my ravenwing army's librarian and chaplain do NOT have ravenwing rule. So they do not benefit from the re-rollable jink.
Things I always remember
1) Which ravenwing unit jinks. I have special vehicle dice from modcube to remember jink, smoke, flat out, Ect
2) hit and run with ravenwing.

many tournaments stipulate that your opponent must ask you when the unit is targeted. if he doesn't, you can still declare jink later.

Things that happen at the end of a turn or phase.
Warpflame and soulblaze. Rolling for my ing portalglyph (if I remember to place the thing) and rolling for "it will not die" on daemons that rolled "corpulecence".
Also fear tests.
