it looks like that is the case. I've sort of theorized that admech was something GW just didn't wnat to release in a ginormous relese so split it up mostly for logistical reasons,

For each and every one of my factions, I hope flamers are cheap and do damage like GW promised. Because otherwise I am dead. Look at my (technically 30k) Raven Guard. EVERY SINGLE marine who can take a flamer has one, excluding ten guys with volutes (counts-as flamers in 40k) and a single melta.
