Thanks again Ezki! been digging seeing your Waaagh, and the gangers and graveyard are nice too. Got a squiggoth off ebay with lousy pictures. It ended up being a badly cast in spots one, so been greenstuffing up the casting holes, and built a Howdah for it.

Nice ride for the boyz! Howdah looks great, with a suitably big gun!

GOod luck with the restoration project. Ebay finds are great - like reupholstering grandpa's favourite chair...

Got the airbrush booth set up, finally got some paint on this guy.

Update: Got some done on the rest of the arm

Dang painting this guy is all process. Add rust and weathering, seal with earthshade, flick some yellow drips on, hit with chipping medium, add paint, chip, add more weathering... fix mistakes :p.

Gwyn chan 'r Gwyll- Thanks! The shock piston takes the recoil, and the chain stops it dropping at level, or that's how I think it would work .

I am also working on 2squiggoths! I finished scuping the squiggoth themselves, and now about to start the castle and armour building.
I have worked before with plasticard but I am not as experienced. Any tips?

My girlfriend wanted to get me a cool Ork present one Christmas, so got me a second Ghaz. I told her don’t worry, I can use it . Making a modern version of Nazdreg I can use.

Thanks a lot! Been a while since I’ve been able to hobby heavily. I bet you’ve figured out plasticard already, but I use either plastruct or evergreen brand, get a few packs of different sized rods and tubes, and thicknesses, the evergreen sampler packs also come with a good variety of parts too. Plastic glue to melt it together, and chop up the edges for a rough ork look. Chop up rods to glue on as bolts, and uou’revin otky business.
