Remember when GW produced the Speed Freaks/Evil Sunz box set and all it had was a trukk, battlewagon, 3 bikes... and the rest weren't really ever seen as Evil Sunz... the boyz in a trukk, maybe but the lootas are primarily Deff skullz and would never get close! If they even move they become BS 6! Plus the shokk attack gun mek? Wtf gw? I'm sure the dude who stands still at the back of the field to teleport stuff into you is going to be running forward? Unless he was on a bike, now that would make sense. XD

To be fair the Lootas could be built as Burna Boyz instead, which would be pretty fitting in a Kult of Speed. You're right that the SAG Big Mek was a weird choice though. They have such a poor range when it comes to traditional Kult of Speed stuff right now that I don't know why they decided to sell a Kult of Speed battle force.

As far as buggies and trakks and such go, the rule of three says I can have three units of each, so that would mean I need 54 of them right?

I actually had a list worked up near the end of 7th that was about fifty buggies at 1850. It was mostly for the amusement of having almost nothing on the board, and then all of the sudden buggiesbuggiesbuggies everywhere!

I never went through with it because it was a lot of money for something that was just amusing.

I don't need a warboss on a bike because I like the idea of my warboss in a wagon (in my mind he drives the wagon) with his boyz firing out the back. But I would love a big mek on a bike to ride along side him and give him support. If I had all the money in the world and I finished painting my boyz, my normal mek, nobz... erm I think that'sit maybe.... and I could get what I wished for morkgorkmass:

then I would have my Boss in the wagon with his squig and boyz (boyz would have ar armour and shootas as they charge towards the enemy at full speed firing shootas like crazy), my Painboy with mek in the wagon next to him with a squad of burnas for support, weird boyz sat at back with gretchin support when ready, big mek with kff bike in between to support the vechiles, like 10 bikes in front of everything for max cover, a dakka jet fkying in over head to get there first, koptas comming in left right and centre, and finally my buggies and trakks giving support from behind. Basically, it's mad max...

I even made a little mad max game mode where all races must bring vechiles (or units in a vechile) only and just race around a circular table to win a race... you get to shoot, move, ect as normal but extra stuff is added.

Business advice for GW: Make a new Ghazzy and you sell each player one. Make a new Buggy, and you sell each player...how many?

I mean in theory sure, but if buggies were good people could easily scratch build/convert/kitbash them to save money. Those have to be some of the easiest models along with trukks to do it for. Converting a huge Ghazzy to be your centerpiece would be a bit more work.

Regardless, I dont want to argue, I want both.

One of those Lootaz is actually carrying an ork bikers Dakka gun, so some orkz do loot from other orkz!

In fact, I split my collection of Lootaz into two groups: One Blue for Death Skulls with the Imperial/Tau guns on one side, and one Red for Evil Suns with all the Orky Dakka guns.

This is gonna royally screw me when Clan colors actually matter, but for a while there it was my central theme.

Almost everyone I have spoken to does the same.... most of my guys are red with blue and yellow but my boyz are mixed in blue, yellow, red and brown squads to represent the mobs comming from different clans.

However, in the grand scheme of overall fluff GW should kmow that lootas arn't amazing evil sunz units. Even puting burna boyz in (being the same kit) would have made more sense.
