So its got two factions of secret dealers, and the Tremere as essentially their own faction (with more secrets), plus the Camarilla that apparently... don't include the Tremere or Nosferatu, and the Old Guard of fisherman, loggers and Old Money. Who are also apparently separate from the Camarilla somehow.

This is a weird setup for what's frankly a very normal and boring American city. (Aside from the weird fetish for one-way streets downtown).
