Irrelevant. There is no rule telling or allowing you to replace the Index rules for Psychic powers (which are not wargear) with those from the Codex.
Actually, following the flowchart doesn't even allow you to replace the rules for wargear on an Index data sheet as that stipulation is listed only under the case of using a Codex datasheet with Index wargear options.
HWIPI: Totally down with replacing any rules from an Index datasheet with equivalent rules from the Codex (such as wargear, abilities, and psychic powers), but that is not what the FAQ tells you to do.

In case of an index model, pg 10 of Index: Imperium 1.
We have sufficient proof that you may not use psychic powers from another book. You have failed to provide any proof at all besides your generous interpretation of a community article. An interpretation which directly contradicts rules documents and is therefore wrong.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe. |

Incorrect, the rules assume "that you’re using the most recent rules and Datasheets" Therefore it is not Irrelevant, since the most recent rules for the Librarius Discipline are where again?

Where's the latest rules for the Dark Herticus Discipline-or, at least, before CSM II came out.
It was in the Daemons Codex, and had half the powers. Does that mean that, until CSM II came out, Sorcerers were stuck with half the powers?

False.
The most recent rules for the Librarius Discipline are not in the Index.
The rules for the Librarius Discipline a Chaos Lord on Bike is.

False, The rules for the Librarius Discipline is not in the codex at all, no matter what datasheet you are using. To say that the Librarius Discipline in the index is most recent rules for the Librarius Discipline is demonstrably false.
You can disagree all you want, but in doing so you are not "using the most recent rules and Datasheets" when they literally tell you to do so.

Except I am using "the most recent rules and Datasheets" for a Chaos Lord on Bike, which are the rules in the Index. Again, it all comes down to what exactly most recent means, does it mean Most recent for that datasheet or most recent rules that happen to have the same name regardless of publication.

False, you are not using "the most recent rules". So yea. pretend all you want, but if you are not using the Librarius Discipline from the Codex Astartes, you 1000% are not using "the most recent rules".

False, you are not using "the most recent rules". So yea. pretend all you want, but if you are not using the Librarius Discipline from the Codex Astartes, you 1000% are not using "the most recent rules".
By that logic you cannot use Codex Space Marines Rhinos because "the most recent rules" for Rhinos are in Codex: Space Wolves.
You can't have it both ways.

Citation please.
We know to use the Codex datasheets over the Index datasheets because the FAQ tells us to do so. The same goes for the datasheets in Chapter Approved 2018 (which tells us to use in place of those from earlier publications). The same is true for wargear rules.
Please cite the rule that tells us to use the Codex Psychic Powers list over those in the Index for Index datasheets.

Well, he cant, he is refusing to do so for three pages and keeps claiming his interpretation of a vaguely phrased community article is right despite directly contradicting actual rules.
At this point there are two truths:
1) Index datasheets use index rules unless something says otherwise.
2) DeathReaper will refuse admit that he is wrong.
