On one hand I hate having to go through hundreds of pages of a PDF on my phone to find one card to get the stats of that unit every five minutes and having the 8-10 cards I need on the table would be a million times faster and better.
The big problem is that there is an insane amount of errors on the pdf versions and there is no way
GW would have had enough time to fix all of them so I would be buying cards I know are full of things that will be changed soon.
fun fact or perhaps not?
theres many card printing companies where you can just upload
GWs PDF to get it printed in a more manageable playing card size (or stick with a5) with a nice gloss finish delivered in a nice case, double sided etc for £10.50, this is for a one off bespoke print of one set.
if you bulk buy you can do them for as little as £8.50 yet
GW charge you £15...
imo a5 is the wrong size, so much wasted space, lack of points values
you can of course print them yourself for circa £2 using nice card material and ink costs.
