Using some ideas we got from WaaghPower. Hopefully people Ssomewhat like these so I can see what my friend I'm playing on Friday thinks.
Magnus the Red 1250 points
Unit Type.: Flying Monstrous Creature
WS:8 BS:7 S:8 T:8 W:7 I:6 A:6 LD:10 SV:2+/4+
Special Rules: The Sorcerer King, Blessing of the God of Sorcerers, Creator of the Librarius
Wargear: Heqa Staff, Scarab Armor
-The Sorcerer King: Magnus generates 4 warp charges per turn, always passes DTW on a 2+, and successful DTW rolls against him must be rerolled. Magnus may only use powers from his discipline once per turn, but otherwise may cast witchfires as long as he has Warp Charge
-Creator of the Librarius: Magnus generates 1 power from every psychic discipline (except Sanctic and Daemonology), rolling 3d6 and picking the favored result. Magnus also chooses 1 power from his own discipline below.
-Blessing of the God of Sorcerers: powers used by Magnus require a 3+ instead of a 4+ to go off. When rolling to generate Warp charges roll 3d6. Magnus' player gets the highest result, and the opposing player gets the lowest.
-Psychic Limitations: Magnus may only have one blessing on him at any given time.
Magnus may not take invisibility.
Heqa Staff: S:+1, Force Weapon
Scarab Armor: Save Above
Magnus Discipline
Antimatter Meteor: Witchfire/ Cost:3/ 15 inch blast, S:10 AP:1 5" center, S:8 AP:3 6-10 inch ring, S:7 AP:4 11-15 inch ring/ 72 inch range
Sky of Falling Stars: Witchfire/ Cost:3/ S:7 AP:4 Apocalyptic Barrage/ 72 inch range
Hellfire Onslaught: Witchfire/ Cost:3/ S:10 AP:1 Assault 9, 48 inch range
Sea of flames: Witchfire/ Cost:3/ S:9 AP:3 7 inch blast, Vortex/ 48 inch range
If people like these, this will be the last anyone sees of this.

Finally found my quote from a gym buddy born and raised in South Korea:
"It is the soldier, not the reporter who has given us the freedom of the press.
"It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech.
"It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the freedom to demonstrate.
"It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag." |

Perfect, amazing, fair, balanced, you have learned well.
The only things i would pick up on are dropping Toughness down to 7 to make him manageable by conventional Sky Fire which is usually packing a bad AP and Strength 7 and Maybe his Weapon Skill down to 7, just so for the fluffs sake he isn't shown to be more skilled in combat then the other Primarchs, even in Daemon Form he was never shown to be great at the close combat lark. Didn't Logan Grimnar manage to duke it out with him for a while?
Otherwise, really like how you handled his Psychic Powers. The Apoc powers seem fine, not over powered and nicely toned down. He seems like the Psychic monster he should be, but not unkillable. Others may say his is unkillable but what i want them to think about is when he is flying all he will do is toss out a Witch Fire or two from the Main Rule Book (None of them are overly scary save for Vortex of Doom) and a single 'super power' from his Apoc Table. IF he wants to make use of his combat profile then he needs to spend a turn gliding before he can kill anything, and if he is taken down to Toughness 7 then while he will not be easy, he will be manageable.
If you do ever use this guy, give me a shout. I'd like to hear how he does.
**EDIT** Give him Mastery Level 4, as that does nothing to limit how many powers you can do or how many dice you generate, but it will be used for DTW purposes. I think that the few other level 4 Psykers in the game should have a fighting chance against his Psychic Onslaught, if only to make it cinematic. Then you *could* add in Successful Deny the Witches have to be re-rolled by Psykers who's level is under his, then we can have Eldrad and Magnus going head to head in a Psyker battle, which if nothing else, would be mega cool!

This looks really good. Maybe bump it down to T7, but other than that it seems fluffy, not too powerful while still being really strong, generally good.

Gotta admit, and I'm surprised.
This looks pretty solid. Nice job.
A few more details-focused quibbles for me:
"Force weapon" you may wish to define as a sword/axe/mace/unusual, as those all have different values and statistics. Or just say it has the Force rule and you're good.
"otherwise may cast witchfires as long as he has Warp Charge " - I'm not sure on the wording here, does this mean he can cast multiple witchfires? Multiple ones at the same or different targets?
Finally, how do Primaris powers work with him? Can he choose to default to a Primaris in his rolls for the other lores?

He performed well.
Removed the last 8 HP of a Reaver Titan, Killed Bjorn, killed around 30 Tactical marines, and killed 2 Crusaders all before having his big red ass tossed back into the warp turn 5.
