I'm thinking of starting a Space Marine Army from scratch and thought nothing would be cooler than to do the whole army in True Scale.

Googling got me random results, and the Youtube videos I found weren't particularly helpful.

Anyone know of a good Truescale Marine Tutorial, P&M Blog ,or Tips ?

this hit page 2 so I am going to bump it. I really want to know this too. I was searching a few weeks ago and couldn't find all I wanted to.

I've seen two good ones, the first uses terminator legs, the second does not

Terminator legs, good text instructions:

Regular legs, decent pic instructions:

I would love a tutorial that has both great picture and great text instructions, always wanted to make some truescale marines, but am not confident in my ability to fill in the gaps of instructions.

Resin Printer (minaitures) is a 4K printer with one of the largest build volumes available for a resin printer (192mm x 120mm x 245mm) with an amazing .01mm resolution! This professional printer is one of the best resin printers on the market!

FDM Printer (terrain) also has one of the largest build volumes available for an FDM printer (400mm x 400mm x 450mm) and has an amazing ,05mm build accuracy.

Thanks Ryan !!

A couple of years ago I was following a blog, or two, that was converting to Truscale, but I haven't foud anything decent lately in my own searches.

Chapterhouse and a few other manufacturers dipped their toes into truscale, but I noticed they are now missing from the CH site, and I can't remember who else had them. There is no official name for it, so it's hard to search for.

Thanks again for the links.

One of the best tutorials that sticks in my mind is found here:

You say that I am crazy. I say that you are right!

Thanks for the link Commissar Bob !!

It's blocked on the computer I'm using at the moment, but I'll be sure to check it out.

Some people are almost entirely resculpting the Torso and Thighs. If I have to go that far, I'd just end up making maybe a half dozen and then casting them.

I remember a blog where he added plasticard at the waste and uppermost thigh for the added height. Then used a little green stuff, and a lot of ammo pouches, etc...on the belt to cover it up.
