Hi all,
I've recently switched armies from Dark Elves to Orcs and Goblins and while I've been running this list so far and have done well with it, I am curious what people outside of my local meta think. Any critiques or comments, or questions about what I do when would be most appreciated.
[MOD EDIT - Individual Points Costs aren't allowed here on Dakka Dakka - sorry! - Alpharius]
9 times out of 10 I will run all the heroes with the boar boys, occasionally I will send the Blorc with wolf riders if I am worried about too many points in one basket. Each of the night goblin shamans joins a unit of archers.

Pretty solid.
The only slight changes I would make:
Shift some goblins.
I'd do a unit of 40 and a unit of 20.
That gives you a block that can be steadfast, and a throwaway block that can just fling out fanatics.
Also, I'd look into some MR for the boars. You could take MR1 instead of +1 movement, giving the block a 4+ ward vs spells (warpaint, shrunken head and MR1), or possibly buy the BSB MR2 or MR3 instead of the flaming banner. MR 3 would let you soak the stray foot of gorks without too much worry.

I usually swap and make my BSB a black Orc, I like to keep him alive and make my general a little more Killy. You,also save yourself some points. Do you find the flaming banner is necessary? I play way more high elves than trolls I guess and most trolls are led by a DP with the dragon helm in my experience.

You have to change your post it cannot have the individual points costs Green is ok Red must be changed Warboss (1#, 277 pts) 1 Black Orc Warboss, *** pts = (base cost *** + War Boar ** + Shield *) 1 Dragonhelm, ** pts 1 Talisman of Preservation, ** pts 1 Crown of Command, ** pts beyond that the list seems decent pretty standard for O&G

Please don't include point values within an army list--thanks!
