If you have the models, certainly doable. Otherwise, it's going to be expensive!

From an effectiveness perspective, I don't think you need 2 stormteks for the NS warriors. 1 is enough. I'd drop one and a couple of scarab bases to double up the Veiltek/Stormtek combo.

In fact, why scarabs at all? Spyders would be more fitting? And they can replace HP on the barges.
