This looks really great. How did you achieve the icicle effects? Those really sell the winter look.

I also agree, no snow on the model

Thanks for the kind words!the icicles are made out of clear sprue. Just heat it up a little and pull it with a tweezer. Then you can cut it in the length you need.

Love it! Looks cool as it is, but i think is done right the more snow would look better.

Lovely model and great paint job mate. I think a little snow on his boots would tie him in to the base. Make him look 'as one' with it.

Although he looks absolutely epic as he is to be fair.

Looks quite good. Did you need to trim the shoulders before adding the cataphractii style pads? Which third party pads did you use?

That is a great mini. Really nice pose and the painting is both weathered and muted, which make it look more realistic. Great stuff.

Wow, thank you guys for the kind comments! The shoulder pads are made by maxmini(the only non-gw parts, except the green stuff stuff)

I needed to do some cutting on the upper arms, but no big deal(compared to the lightning claws for my Dark Angel Terminator...)
Again, thanks for the comments and your time

Don't change anything. Its looks good as is. Don't want to be nit picky and make it look dumb.

My opinion, Leave it well alone, it looks fantastic as it is. The snow is quite sparse so adding more on or around the boots would look wrong, IMHO

Thanks for all of your feedback! I think i'll keep him as he is, but will add a little more snow around the right foot, just tu blend the mini more in the base...(like boss drachenfels and bewareoftom said)

This guy says it best!

Model looks really good. Power armour looks like it's been through a few centuries, and I like the little details like the wrap on the axe handle. This mini is perfect. Put in on the shelf because it's done!

Gets along better with animals... Go figure.
