Plasma doesn't stack well with mark of khorne. Melta is an assault weapon at least. I get that double tapping when you get out of the rhino is good, but you're tying up a lot of points to get those versatile units. Didn't realise defilers could take dirge casters ... thats kindof cool!
I would try and scrimp some points to put more bikers in. (Tho I prefer spawn)

You're Str 7 on the charge with 4+d6 attacks (+2 on the charge), you can probably skip melta bombs for now. Burning brand is going to increase your charge range and you probably don't need the help to thin hoardes. Gift will do very little to actually help you, you're a monster already. 45 points saved

23 points more (per squad) than the equivalent number of 'Zerkers for plasma guns you'll fire the turn you disembark (if you're going flat out, you're snap shoting and if you rapid fire, you can't charge). Make 'em all Zerkers so they're fearless and WS 5. Another 46 points saved. Yes, I included the extra CCW's.

Consider swapping these for 3 (or more!) unmarked Spawn since that way the whole unit will have fleet, allowing re-rolls for run and charge distance. I wouldn't bother giving them MoK, since they already have rage and counterattack isn't worth 2 points each. 6 points saved.
Helldrake: flamer
You might actually want the Hades here, since you're going to be in CC a bunch and will limit it's targets. Still, the bale can delete entire squads of marines. Your choice.
HEAVY SUPPORT:
Land raider:
DirgeCaster, destroyer blades, extra armor
Trade the destroyer blades for dozer blade, you shouldn't be tank shocking and getting immobilised in your deployment zone would suck. 10 points saved.
Defiler:
Flamer, reaper autocannon, dirge caster, warpflame gargoyles, extra armor
Most people will tell you the defiler is terrible and it is, but in a list the has so little shooting, a battle cannon that can punch tanks in melee isn't bad. Still, consider replacing this with another lasherfiend. 65 points is a lot. Definately lose the warpflame gargoyles. 5 points saved
Maulerfiend:
Lasher tendrils

I think you can save 112 points quite easily, another 65 if you trade the defiler for a lasher tendril maulerfiend.
I'd suggest either;
- a dirge caster on both the rhino's and a helbrute for 110 points, OR
- 3x terminators with 3x combi weapons for exactly 112 points. Your choice of plasma or melta, dependant on meta OR
- 5x Raptors with a pair of melta guns is 115 points
Dropping the defiler for the lasherfiend could add
- a pair of spawn to the juggerlords escort and 15 wounds before you even start to touch the pain train is not a bad thing. OR
- 13 cultists (10 if you want MoK) for fodder, bubble wrapping to prevent drop pods or holding backfield objectives after walking on from reserve.
Final option - Drop the lasherfiend, defiler and both rhinos for 2 additional land raiders with dozerblades and dirgecasters for your other 'Zerkers to ride in.

Depends on how you read it. This argument has been had a million times and in the end, neither side budges and it boils down to "get the TO or blackshirt to arbitrate".
Personally, I'm on the side that you can take as many as you have points and weapon swaps (as required) for (as long as it's only 1 per army of each relic), but in this case, I think it's simply a poor choice for the juggerlord to take it.

Dont lose the meltabombs. The axe is only s6, and for 5 pts the ability to punch out any tank is worth it. Automatically Appended Next Post: Every other 6th codex let's you take multiple artifacts, so I say chaos can, but the burning brand is still a bad choice for an assault character (looks great when modelled up properly tho, so I might field it anyway)

Read the Codex properly and you will find Chaos can take more than one artefact legit. So long as it's not another weapon artefact. For example the Black Mace and Scrolls of Magnus can be taken together.
