I am still a noob to 40k, having spent more time painting then playing but with the new irk book I have began to field my hordes more often. But I was wondering if fnp stack for example you have a warboss with cybork armor witch gives 6+ fnp and a painboy in the unit does it give your warboss a 3+ fnp?

They don't stack. Like with armour/cover/invulnerable saves you use the best available.

As above, no stacking. Pick your best result.
If it did (it doesn't) it would have been a 4+ not a 3+ As standard FNP is 5+.

I can think of at least one which does stack, but it contains specific instructions on how to go about doing so when it occurs.
