Im looking to convert my 6 AOBR deffkoptas int buggies. Does anyone have any suggestions on cheap wheels? I need 24 so I don;t want to spend too much more per wheel. I honestly was thinking about getting some lego wheels, anyone suggestions about size???

I always press dat, if you know what I mean.

Lego would be your best option. Teknic maybe. I would digest ebay. You can pick up packs of wheels like 10/20 for around £10 (around $15) but you aren't going to find a good cheap option I'm afraid.

My suggestion was to buy 24 cheap wooden wheels for a buck or two. Then make some tracks out of green stuff to put around use a vehicle to base it on, may seem like work but would be cheapest and most satisfying option.

Maybe a tutorial on how to make green stuff wheels, seek some youtube help maybe

Raid a charity shop in a non viking way lol? There may be some old toy cars or the like you can dismantle for parts, whhelsa and general bits and bases for conversion hulls.

You never know what you find!

I ran into an issue with this also. At some Dollar Stores (since most of them change inventory seasonally) they have these cheap hot wheel monster trucks. The wheels are 1 inch and are the same size as the tires for the trukks. Hope you can find some, and if one doesnt have them then another could. Good Luck!

These seem to be a similar size.

I got mine a year ago for about $3 a pair, which is 8 wheels. I was going to use them as kannon wheels, but haven't gotten to it, yet. Anyway, definitely look them over before you buy, but these are cheap and properly scaled to my eyes. Plus, you'd have to be pretty remote to not have a Wal-Mart nearby; they riddle the American landscape like clusters of unceasing tumors, and that makes these wheels conveniently accessible, too.
