So none of my armies use psykers (Necron wraithwing and FE Tau). I never get any dice and am just thinking about runnning some allies. What's the cheapest form of getting a bunch of psychic dice for denial etc?

Was thinking about Grey Knights, who were briefly a fashionable allied partner for crons. What would be the cheapest way I spamming in some anti-psychic stuff...?

That works. GK/Inquisition allies:

Coteaz
2x Acolytes, 1x Psyker - Psyback
2x Acolytes, 1x Psyker - Psyback

That's a little over 200-pts, 6 warp dice and 4 ObSec units. Oh, and 2 Psychic Screams plus 6 TL-S6 shots a turn.

This really is the best way to get dice, but it does not mean Psychic Defense is a viable strategy. It takes 10 DtW Dice to stand a ~50% chance of a Denying a WC2 Power. Now, those allies bring some fun to the table with powers they have access to but they are paper thin and almost better because they are cheap useful Objective secured units, not their Psychic Defense.

Could be done with rhinos for Psychic Shrieks as well but Psybacks are more generally useful.

Thanks for that. I've got the inquisition codex. It's worth a think. There are going to be so many armies based around invisibility at tournaments over the next year or so... 50% ain't great odds though.
