Go and drill the bolter barrels. Easy step that makes it visually more appealing.
Dunno if it is your intention, but the washes especially on the Rhino look blotchy to me, really noticable at the front with runny noses and on the Ushabti Bone.
The models DO look a bit plain to me, so more highlighting would probably work out.
Keep going, these will turn out great

Look good to me, I'm a big fan of subtle highlights over extreme ones.
What I'd suggest is maybe playing around a little more with spot colours, to liven things up a little. What you've done is very neat, and clean, but there are a lot of dark, flat areas that could maybe do with some more detailing. For the DA, I'd suggest adding some 'writing' in white to the shoulder pads and knees (just do tiny white lines) and some Chapter Markings, either painted on or using decals.
I'd also try and add a little more depth to the gold, either with a black/dark brown wash or some gold-silver mix highlights (or both), as it's the only area that looks rather 'flat' at the moment.
Good work, though!

Bolster barrels are on the to do list, just waiting on a small enough drill.
See what you mean about the washes on the vehicle but it's my first attempt at a vehicle. I'm still not decided if I want a dirty or clean look to it so kinda half-arsed the washes as I've never washed anything that size before?

Yea, I'm not keen on the extreme highlights either to be honest, prefer the subtle look.
I have no idea what you mean by spot colours! Haha! Would you mind explaining?
The gold on the DA backpacks isn't finished yet, they should turn out more like the commander but I think the washes I used on him got a bit lost somehow?
Thanks for the comments!
I may give the writing a go as I toyed it on the purity seals an was really happy with how it came out.

For me more edge highlighting needed. It seems crazy but over doing the highlighting is sometimes needed at 28mm to get it right.
Edge highlighting is going to help create that ,"pop" effect everybody talks about on youtube vids There is a bit more to it but edging is a start.
Nice pics by the way

Spot Colours are basically adding details in a highlight contrasting colour to models to add a little more contrast and depth. For example, on the GW Ultramarines;
You have the blue and white as the main colour scheme, and the red and gold offer a little more colour and depth to the minis. It basically prevents stuff looking too flat. On your minis, I'd suggest using a red on the eyes and then adding some white text to the larger flat areas, it just helps break up the blandness of some sculpts and adds a little more vibrancy.
