his rule says he passes any deny the witch on 2+.

the rulebook states that if a test is passed one of the enemy targets gets a chance to nullify the power by taking a a deny the witch test.

he passes deny the witch on 2+. the codex > rulebook. he denies blessings on 2+.

unless you can point me to a rule that says something else?

When they cast a blessing he isn't the target.

So he will deny on a 2+. In order for him specifically to be making the roll, he has to be targetted by the power.

Yes. And Blessings don't target enemy units.

When there is no target unit, the Deny roll is made with no modifiers applied.

where i want to be

HE is An'ggrath. When something targets him he get a 2+

When YOU make a DTW YOU do so on a 6+. YOU are not An'ggrath.

I reread the section. the general still needs 6's to deny blessings so you can deny with nobody on the board

Page 26.

"To make a Deny the Witch test, first select one of your units that was a target of the enemy's psychic power. ..."

It is bold in the book. Was not my doing for emphasis.

Later, on the same page, it says that if none of your units are targeted that the dice used to deny the witch must be rolled without any modifiers.
