So they're are some daemons I want some alternatives to.
Flesh Hounds, Bloodcrushers, and Fiends.
Thanks.

Finally found my quote from a gym buddy born and raised in South Korea:

Could do with a little help narrowing down what you're after, you have to admit what you've put is pretty vague.

Are you after big cats? bulls? Maybe bears?

Sigh.
This shouldn't have to be said, but anything that looks good, fits the feel of the original (rabid canines for flesh hounds, bears could work), and is cheaper.

*Sigh*
This shouldn't have to be said, but when you're asking other people to do research and work for you, you really should be polite and thankful for their help.

For example, not everyone wants to see models that fit the feel of the original - often people want something roughly the same size but that is a totally different and unique style and theme to base their army around.
Not everyone care about cheaper either - some want the best models money can buy in order to pimp out their army.

TL;DR - Not your personal Google service - and remember rule #1

Dire Wolves are too small to be Flesh Hounds (The Fantasy ones i mean, and those Reaper ones look awful). The Fantasy Dire Wolves are 1/2 the size of a Space Marine and when i see someone play them as Flesh hounds it really just looks like he didn't want to pay full price so picked a cheaper alternative for no reason other then it's cheaper. An example of a Good Proxy for Flesh Hounds (And Khymerae, as i use them for) are Fell Wargs from the Hobbit Range, they look amazing model wise and are plenty big enough.

I don't think there was any reason for you to be rude, lots of people like to have a running theme through there army and by answering a simple question like mine would have helped me help you.

Read this post in the thread.

We're not being rude. But we're not in your head. Nobody but you knows what you're looking for in these alternatives. For example my Daemons are all Khornate. I use WoC Chosen as Plaguebearers as they fit visually with the rest of the army. If I had randomly asked "Alternative Plaguebearers" without providing any additional information what kind of replies do you think I will get?

We are not your personal Google. Give people something to work with regarding theme (a friend uses Bile Thralls as Flamers in his Nurgle force. Following the same reasoning as me) and you'll get a lot more answers.

Close the thread.
The point where people get offended over something not only not directed at them, but also easily construed into a number of things, it's their hang up. Not mine.
If the dude the supposed rudeness was directed at wants an apology it's his.

I'm tired of people not reading between the lines, and noticing the only terms are "alternative models" with no description, which means anything and everything goes.

Yeah it not like just posting the part "anything that looks good, fits the feel of the original (rabid canines for flesh hounds, bears could work), and is cheaper" and nothing else, would have got you more help instead of off-handedly been a jerk about it. But, it just might of.

We all may be acting somewhat annoyed with you, but if this isn't an example of your laziness in doing your own research or expecting people to just dump everything in front of you, then nothing else is.

Your laziness coupled with the way you decided to respond, then not apologize but double down on your own rudeness is why people have been responding as such. When the feeling is returned on you, you get bent out of shape over us being rude, yet fail to see the point in that we don't feel like helping you when you start being rude right off the bat.

I don't play Choas, yet back in September it took me a grand total of 5-10 minutes of searching to find that list and a few others before settling on sharing that one because it contained the most on the list. I did that because as someone who uses a number of alternative Necron models, having places that have some consolidation that allow for easy research for conversions, such as this forum post here for Necron objects allows for searching to be done faster, and in general it's an overall better thing as it means that less time has to be spent searching and more time on painting and playing, or even worse yet buying models you don't like due to a lack of options.

But thank you for rewarding my efforts by not reading beyond the tip of your nose. Not once, but twice now.
You're welcome for doing your work for you - again.
