I don't have a 7th edition rulebook yet, and continue to use the one at my local game store.

I'm not much a fan of spending $85 for not caring about 2/3 of the books it comes with, however $125 for spacewolves, orks, and a complete rulebook would be great. I'm only asking because the rulebook that came with assault on black reach was far from complete.

so, is it a complete rulebook?

According to White Dwarf, etc, yes. Just like the previous mini rulebooks.

We've sold our old, big rulebook in readiness for Stormclaw, so we've bet on the fact it's identical.

I'm currently banking on that as well, would love some exact confirmation, as I'm going to be buying the mini rulebook from a friend who's getting stormclaw for the minis but already has a 7th edition full size rulebook.

Hoping to get it by the weekend. If nobody has confirmed it here by then I'll check and respond with what I find.

Take it easy.

AoBR rulebook was indeed a full set of rules. It was just the campaign booklet that was lacking (any campaign missions). The previous starter, Battle for Maccrage, had 6 missions and a mini-rulebook, as did the successor, Dark Vengeance.

OP: it says in White Dwarf that this is "a complete small-format paperback rulebook."

So if they mean by complete what I understand as complete, looks pretty safe.

It is a full version of The Rules, as before.

As others have said, I just got my hands on the mini rulebook and it is indeed a complete miniaturized version of the The Rules, complete with full color and everything.

For any interested in getting one, it is SUPER convenient for transport vs. the full sized rulebook.

Just figured I'd share that. Thanks and take it easy everyone.
