-Kans got screwed with an increase in points for all options except rokits <underwhelming "yay"> and a melee nerf of S7 from S10
-Deff dreads were hurt less with the standard loadout (3 DNCCW + 1 Scorcha) 95 now vs 95 then
-Dorkanaught seems over costed.

Grot riggers are great now (better).

-is the mega dread unaffected?

- kanz are the same cost for rokkits as before. With the new chart and up to 6 in a sqaud they are much more durable.
- dredds now get +1 A for eeach ccw after the first. So (3 ccw + scorcha) is 5 attacks 6 on charge.
- Morkanuaght is a rock, hard to bring down and keeps your other walkers alive.

Also all vehicle got tougher with new vehicle chart and hammer of wrath is a extra bonus. Not huge but I've killed a marine or two with it.

For 900 points, you can get 18 Killa Kans. If nothing else, that's a lot of bodies. Unfortunately, S7 sucks.

Walkers are still underwhelming. Just casuse it takes 4 turns to footslog across the board doing almost nothing on the way there. However, it will fit a footslogging horde. You'll never win a competitive game but they're a charismatic army to play.

You can always deep strike 3 Kans with the Stormclaw formation... that should help mitigate mobility issues.

i was seriously hoping for either the ability to spam the hell out of walkers (impossible without multiple CADs) or give them some form of getting across the board.

Deffdredds really should be able to be taken in units of 1-3. A single deffdredd is so useless, you need 2-3 before theyre even remotely viable since they pop so easy.
Kans get expensive FAST
'nauts are just a bullet magnet, not that overwhelming of a unit.

That being said i still really want to run a walker list because i LOVE the models (and all im missing is a naut anyway from past collections). Thing is though i hate painting a giant bullseye on expensive models, and all the walkers fit that profile of expensive, average-to-semihard to kill units that are deadly as hell if youre dumb enough to leave them alone.

Kans did not deserve that nerf. Theyre so expensive....300pts for 6 rokkit kans is insane when you realize how easy they can be removed.

An ork with an idea tends to end with a bang.
