The title is pretty self explanatory. I was looking at the xwing builder and put Soontir Fel with Royal guard title and then added two stealth modifications. Do they actually stack? Seems like it would be pretty broken if they did...

The Royal Guard Title allows you to take 2 modifications, but they cannot be the same ones.
