Hey guys, I just got myself the new citadel hobby drill after owning the old 1mm bit only one to using the 1.5mm and the 2mm drills for my larger bore weapons. One problem.. the 1.5mm and 2mm bits do NOT fight, at all, tried for awhile now and looks like if I want to make them fit i'm going to have to shove some thin metal between the grips like a butter knife and pry them open wider. Anyone else had this problem or did I just get unlucky with a crappy faulty drill? Would be nice to know for if I should bother asking for a replacement or just a full refund, thanks.

The drill holder fits both ways. One end has a larger bore for holding up to about 3mm bits. The other end holds smaller bits. Completely remove the outer silver part which tightens the drill bits in place and flip the inner black part over and you should be able to see the other gripper end is smaller. Re-assemble and you should be good to go.

So it does! Thank you so much! I might have ended up completely ruining the other drill holder otherwise. x_x

No problem - we don't want you to break your drill!
