There is this young kid in Auckland. Paints pretty well, very well priced and very fast and on to it.
Examples he has done for me:
PM me for his contact details. His painting is above average (not amazing) but he is fast, on to it and genuinely a nice kid (as far as I can tell).

I'm not based in New Zealand ( UK), but have done commissions sent to new Zealand a couple times, postage isn't extortionate, £12.60 recorded last time I checked
