Are the hurricane bolters as well as the flame storm cannons allowed to be mounted in the front, or is it the flame storm cannons go up front and the hurricane bolters mounted in the back like a LC LR ?

No modelling or rules restrictions either way as far as I know - except of course you can't mount both weapons at the same time .

The official GW line used to be that the doors and guns could go at either the front or back, most people agree with this across all patterns of Land Raider. Personally, I prefer the guns on the front, just look better to me.

Its completely up to you as the owner. Official GW pictures general show the Redeemer with guns in front and doors in back and the other variants as the opposite way round. I have a Crusader and Redeemer and have both guns in front.
